A double-sided natural linen cushion in jewel shades of verdigris and sarsaparilla, by conservation biologist and textile designer Susy Paisley.
The Carolina Posies design tells of the Carolinas in the American South. This simplified version of the Carolina Tree of Life focusses on the migratory Monarch butterfly facing an urgent battle for survival, and carnivorous native plants such as the Venus fly trap.
Cover: Pure natural linen made from flax grown in France.
Filling: Cushion pad made of 100% pure natural British wool encased in high-grade cambric cotton fabric. The wool is from British sheep, sheared and processed in the UK. Wool cushions are a healthy, eco-friendly alternative to down or hollow fibre fillings and great for allergy-sufferers.
Care: Cover has a pipe enclosure along bottom edge.
