When I shop on The Room Service, who am I buying from?

You are buying from our wonderful community of ‘Makers’. You can read more about them here 

We are a marketplace website which means that when you place an order, you are ordering from the maker directly. 

Our Makers set their own prices and delivery costs and everything is sold to you, packaged and sent to your doorstep by the Makers themselves. We are just their shop window. 

Can I buy from more than one Maker at the same time?

Absolutely. You can order from as many Makers as you like at the same time and pay only once. 

However, please just remember that each maker will make, package and send you their products separately.  You will, therefore, be charged delivery costs by each Maker. 

Delivery times may vary for each product. 

How much is delivery?

Standard delivery is £4. 

At the moment we don not routinely offer a next day service or international delivery – but we will soon! 

That said, please just contact us if you need something urgently or shipped to somewhere exotic and we will do everything we can to make it happen. 

Do you deliver internationally?

We do not routinely offer international delivery at the moment, but if there is something you would like us to send outside of the UK please contact us at hello@theroomservice.co and we will do our best to help you.

How do I ask a question about a product? 

You can use the Enquire About This Product link on each product page to ask the Maker a question directly.

Do I need to have an account with you to place an order?

Not at all. Though we would love you to have one as this will make it much easier for you to place an order next time and to track your orders. 

I see you use Paypal to process payments. Can I use my credit/debit card?

Absolutely – Paypal enables you to use a credit card, a debit card or your PayPal account. 

Do you have a Privacy Policy? 

Yes we certainly do and you can read it in full here. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. 

How often do you send your Newsletter? 

We routinely send a monthly newsletter and will intermittently send you other newsletters with news, promotions and a dose of inspiration that we think you might like. 

We will only send you our newsletter if you have signed up to receive it.

We promise not to fill your inbox.
